At Jarcon Homes, it is our mission to create better communities by building better homes. After all, your home is where the heart is and investing in it is most probably the biggest decision you will be making in your entire life.

Once your home is built and ready, we give you an orientation before you start moving in. This allows us to let you know different features of the house and how to maintain and care for the various parts of the house.

We back our quality work and craftsmanship by giving you warranty documentations for our residential home construction projects. This ensures we provide you with a continuous homecare service for the time period of the warranty.

We have an excellent status with the Pacific Home Warranty Insurance Service and offer all of our customers with 2/5/10 home warranty, which includes:

• 2 years warranty on labour and materials
• 5 years warranty on the building envelope
• 10 years warranty on the building structure
